Follow these instructions if you wish to return an item:
Send the item, complete with tags back to Jean Store, 41 Warwick Street, Worthing, BN11 3DQ. Please enclose a covering note explaining your reason for the return and whether you wish to have a refund or an exchange.
If the item is faulty or there is a mistake on our part we will refund your postage costs to you. However, for any other returns the customer is liable for the postage costs.
