We will happily accept any item back for either an exchange or refund -providing the item is still in a new, unworn and resaleable condition.
We offer a free exchanges policy - this means that you will not be charged delivery again when your replacement item(s) are sent out. The cost of returning the jeans to us will not be refunded. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you an estimate for this, please send us an email on email@example.com , otherwise please return the goods to the address below. Please ensure you include either your order confirmation or a covering letter detailing whether you would like an exchange or refund.

If you are unhappy with the goods received for any reason, we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 21 working days of purchase,along with the original receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post as we cannot be held responsible if the item fails to reach us.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent and not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
