For UK orders over £100, we offer FREE DELIVERY. For all orders under £100, delivery is charged at £3.99 per item, however if you order 2 or more of the same item, you will only be charged delivery once. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48, and orders will typically take 3 days to arrive, but this can be more if we have to order your product from our suppliers. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for initial delivery and will be liable for the cost of the return postage.
International orders from within the European Union (EU) will be charged at £9.99 per item. Again, if you order two or more of the same item, you will only be charged delivery once.
International orders from outside the European Union (Rest Of World) will be charged at £19.99 per item. The same conditions as above apply.
The reason we have to charge delivery per item is that the majority of orders will have to be sent in separate parcels to ensure they are covered if they are lost in postal transit. This is due to the fact that most items we sell are high-value items.
We use Royal Mail to despatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods with Royal Mail and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take weeks sometimes, as we have to give Royal Mail sufficient time to search for your missing parcel, to avoid it being delivered twice.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will SOMETIMES incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays; morning, Saturday and "next working day" deliveries are optional and will also incur additional charges.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.
We offer a free exchanges policy. This means that you will not be charged delivery again when your replacement item(s) are sent out. The cost of returning the jeans to us will not be refunded. Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resaleable condition within 21 working days along with the original receipt. We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge. We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
